论我国公立大学法人地位的实现与保障

公立大学法人地位已在我国有关法律中确立，然而其在现实生活中的有效实现还有赖于具体制度和措施上的保障。这些措施包括：明确公立大学在行政法上的法人地位；采取有效的途径协调政府与公立大学之间的关系；结合公立大学自身的特点完善大学法人治理结构。     

电工实践教学改革与实践

电工实践教学是培养大学生电类工程能力的重要环节，本文介绍我们以培养人才为中心在电工实习基地建设；实践教学内容，方法和手段等方面进行的改革与实践。     

大数据环境下基于深度学习的行人再识别

针对卷积神经网络在行人识别过程中错误率较高的问题,提出了一种基于深度胶囊模型的行人再识别方法.首先利用标准卷积层学习区分度较高的特征;然后将不同卷积层中的若干特征划分为一组,生成一个具有丰富语义特征的主胶囊.在此基础上,引入了动态路由算法,通过迭代路由过程来确定主胶囊和数字胶囊之间的归属关系,进而得到一组数字胶囊,其中,每个数字胶囊可以学习识别目标行人的存在.在具有挑战性的数据集上进行实验的结果表明,所提算法在性能上优于已有算法.     

基于影响函数的跨领域小样本的行人重识别方法

在行人重识别领域,如何快速在一个新城市进行行人重识别系统的部署为行人重识别领域带来了巨大的挑战。一般情况下,在新城市中没有足够的标注数据来训练一个强大的行人重识别模型,只能依赖少量由目击者提供的罪犯照片。首次对该实际应用场景进行正式研究,将其定义为跨领域小样本行人重识别问题,并仔细讨论分析其与现有行人重识别场景的异同。随后,提出一种基于影响函数的样本权重法来指导模型的训练,并在三个公开数据集Market、Duke和CUHK上对方法进行实验对比。实验结果表明,该方法可以有效地处理不同数据集之间的偏置,性能也超过了已有的方法。     

Accuracy and awareness in the perception and categorization of male sexual orientation.

For clear and unambiguous social categories, person perception occurs quite accurately from minimal cues. This article addresses the perception of an ambiguous social category (male sexual orientation) from minimal cues. Across 5 studies, the authors examined individuals' actual and self-assessed accuracy when judging male sexual orientation from faces and facial features. Although participants were able to make accurate judgments from multiple facial features (i.e., hair, the eyes, and the mouth area), their perceived accuracy was calibrated with their actual accuracy only when making judgments based on hairstyle, a controllable feature. These findings provide evidence that suggests different processes for extracting social category information during perception: explicit judgments based on obvious cues (hairstyle) and intuitive judgments based on nonobvious cues (information from the eyes and mouth area). Differences in the accuracy of judgments based on targets' controllability and perceivers' awareness of cues provides insight into the processes underlying intuitive predictions and intuitive judgments. Research on human blockage effect for indoor 26 GHz mm-wave communications

Based on 26 GHz indoor channel measurements, the blockage attenuation of human bodies was investigated. 2-ray and 4-ray human blockage models were proposed by calculation of the Vogler's multiple knife-edge diffraction field. Results show that 4-ray model fits quite well with measurement data. Human block attenuations are slightly bigger with 1 GHz than with 500 MHz bandwidth. In the blockage measurement of one person moving along the connec-tion line between the transmitter (TX) and receiver (RX), the smallest attenuation is found when the person is located at the middle of the connection line, and the biggest attenuation is observed when the person is nearest from the RX position. In the blockage measurements by multiple human bodies, the attenuation is bigger in the cases which the persons cross the TX-RX connection line with their front faces directed to the horn aperture at the RX than the cases with their lat-eral faces directed to the RX horn aperture. The blockage attenuation is larger with the increase of person numbers, about 5～8 dB more attenuation per person. The results can be used for design of mm-wave 26 GHz indoor communi-cations systems.

社会对人才的需求已不再是单一型的技术人才,而需要具有一定专业知识技能和人文社会 科学知识,人文社会科学对工程技术人员的素质影响巨大,培养具有一定知识结构的专业人才离不开 人文社会科学。     

Conceptual level and accuracy of person perception.

Conceptual systems theory asserts that abstract conceptual functioning must include a well-developed capacity to "act as if" and ability to assume the role of the other. This proposition was tested in two samples of adolescents with a person perception task that required subjects to give a target person's actual responses to Cattell's 16PF Test immediately after exposure to the target. Two videotaped targets were used. Conceptual level was found to influence accuracy as predicted in three of four analyses, and sex of subject as predicted in two of four, with the effects of intelligence controlled. Role playing variations and their informational value for person perception.

The hypotheses were offered that the degree to which an individual conforms to a role (a set of behavior expectancies), the less he reveals about himself; in complete identity with the role, S's behavior is almost entirely determined by what he experiences to be expected of him; and behavior inconsistent with role expectancy is generally determined by idiosyncratic attitudes. Ss listened to recorded interviews between a psychologist and a "job applicant." The positions were that of submariner and astronaut; both, as described, involved different personality types. Tapes were made between interviewer and interviewee for the 2 positions, from which 4 tapes were produced: 2 with the actual answers, and 2 with answers of 1 spliced to questions of the other halfway through the tape.
